Sander GmbH Performance in Load Securing has been awarded the EcoVadis sustainability seal in platinum for ecological, social, and ethical achievements in 2025. The awarding of the seal is the result of the consistent implementation of ecologically sustainable production processes, innovative climate-neutral products, and environmentally friendly supply chains.

FSC® certificate

SANDER works with all FSC®-compliant papers within the product chain and received FSC® certification for this in March 2023. The FSC® label certifies that all Sander edge protection products are made from recycled materials.

Theresy® symbolis used byRESY Gesellschaft für Recycling organischer Stoffe mbH. This company organizes and finances the collection, sorting, and recycling of packaging marked with this symbol.

Environmentally conscious production for high CO2 savings

The equipment in the production halls (compressed air, lighting, cooling) has been modernized and improves the CO2 footprint. The machinery is state-of-the-art and efficient.

Stringent use of sustainable raw materials

Our modern facilities produce edge protectors and load securing straps with virtually no waste. Sanderband® KB/BP contains 15% less plastic, while Sanderband® rPet saves up to 70% CO2. Our edge protectors are FSC® certified.

A functioning and stringent circular economy

Our edge protectors are made from 100% recycled paper and are fully recyclable. As a RESY-licensed company, we guarantee the recyclability of all our paper packaging.
