SANDERBAND

Sanderband is available in an extensive standard range. But special requirements, for example with respect to running metres, width and colour, can be also produced by our modern machinery.

1) Sanderband® KB for environmentally conscious logistics experts and warehouse managers

An environmentally friendly heavy-duty band, which is manufactured with customised colours, running metres, width and branding.

Application: It is pushed through under the products and pallets and can then be tightened or tied into a knot.

2) Sanderband®TopStrap for price-conscious logistics experts and warehouse managers

This textile strapping band can also be produced with customised running metres and width and is just as resistant as all other Sander bands. The use of hotmelt in production also makes it a particularly affordable tape.

Application: It is pushed through under the products and pallets and can then be tightened or tied into a knot.

3) Sanderband® BP for practically minded logistics experts and warehouse managers

Anyone who thinks of the disposal of cardboard and other packaging waste when packaging cargo should also think of Sanderband BP. This tear-resistant baler band fits in all commercial balers and is supplied in practical units of four rolls per carton.

Application: Like all Sander strapping bands, the soft baler band can be tightened or tied into a knot.

Edge protection

Thanks to modern robotics, we manufacture absolutely accurate and environmentally friendly Sander edge protection for our customers to allow them to secure both stored and transported loads. In addition, our developers will be happy to advise you at any time regarding special requirements.

1) Sander Profile – for dimensionally stable and perfectly fitting storage and transport

The Sander Profile secures the edges of pallets, cylindrical packaged goods, household goods and electrical appliances.

2) Waterproof – for dry load securing

If you have to secure your goods and cargo outdoors, you should use our "Waterproof” edge protection. Due to its waterproof layers, it is particularly suitable for protecting goods and cargo against moisture even over long periods of time.

Strongboard – for extra-strong load securing

The Strongboard series is the extra-strong variant of the Sander Profile. This edge protection is characterised by its enormous strength and also stabilises heavy loads. For example, Strongboard edge protection is used for sales displays.
