Waste bales pressed in balers are strapped for load securing using fabric banding, baler banding, to form bundles which are secure for transport. When choosing the right baler banding, attention should be paid to whether the banding can be used flexibly and can be easily tied or bundled. The environmentally friendly Sanderband® BP is perfect for strapping cardboard, foil and paper waste which has first been compacted in balers. Sanderband® BP baler banding is banding which is used in all standard balers. Sanderband® BP is available in various widths and lengths. Thanks to its high tear resistance, the textile banding for balers is extremely hard-wearing as cost-effective banding.

COST-EFFECTIVE BANDING OF BALER WASTE FOR TRADE AND INDUSTRY
Industries with a high volume of packaging and paper waste, the recycling and waste disposal industry and the wholesale and retail sector use balers to press and bundle paper, cardboard and foil waste. With the help of a bale press, waste can be compressed such that the volume of the bale is reduced by 95%. Sanderband® BP is suitable for all balers and is available in various designs. The baler banding can be lashed or knotted and, due to its soft, textile quality, does not pose any risk of injury at all. In addition, it is extremely weather-resistant. The use of solvent-free, water-dilutable adhesive in the production of Sanderband® BP and thus no use of hot melt adhesive ensures the protection of the environment.

Our investment in the future
For Sander, modernity and innovation also predominantly mean manufacturing our products in a resource-saving and responsible manner. In concrete terms, this means that our fabric banding produced using a unique process with solvent-free, water-dilutable adhesive instead of the hot melt which is otherwise usual. It therefore contains 15 percent less plastic. For edge protection, we exclusively use 100 percent recycled paper. Both product lines nevertheless win customers over with their quality, robustness and flexible applications. We thus combine responsibility for our environment with our customers’ high quality requirements in our products.
